Current and Upcoming Projects
From murals and walkable streets to upgraded event spaces and parks, these projects are transforming Ronan and the surrounding area. Each one makes life better for residents and gives visitors more reasons to explore.

Murals on Main Street
Color is coming to Main Street. Community artists will paint murals that share Ronan stories. The project lifts local pride, brightens storefronts, and invites visitors to stop and snap a photo.

Fairgrounds Upgrades
New restrooms and utility fixes will make the fairgrounds ready for bigger events in every season. Families and seniors get easier access, and local groups can host more.

Walkability and Pathways
We are filling sidewalk gaps and building trail connections so it is safer to walk to school, parks, and Main Street. Your routes will guide the plan.

Storefront Upgrade Grants
Business owners can get help with signs, paint, and windows. Fresh facades lift the look of downtown and bring more customers through the door.

Entertainer Theater Study
We are reviewing this historic building to understand its condition and options for the future. The study honors its story and points to next steps.

Ronan Co-op Brewery Upgrades
The community-owned Ronan Cooperative Brewery is adding new outdoor seating, bike racks, lighting, and ADA access while upgrading its historic Main Street building. These changes make it easier to gather, safer to visit, and more inviting for locals and craft beer travelers alike.

Trout Creek Park Master Plan
A new master plan will guide upgrades to Trout Creek’s central park—home to the Huckleberry Festival, farmers markets, and concerts. The plan sets the stage for better walkways, event space, and a community kitchen, ensuring this rural hub stays vibrant for years to come.
